At the end of each month, staff and students nominate and then vote on the “Leader of the Pack” for each group .

Students fill out a nomination for staff, and staff fill out another form to nominate students. Nominations require a narrative as to why the person is being nominated. 

Staff and students then use nameless nomination narratives to vote on their choice for leader of the pack.
